The manufacturing process includes gluing, die-cutting or water cutting.
Bonded Foam
Bonded Foam is a brilliant granulated foam available in various hardness from 100 kg/m3 up to 220 kg/m3.
We manufacture angles, corners or other different shapes and adjust the hardness to your product.
The advantage of Bonded Foam is its ability to resist continuous blows without losing its shock absorbing qualities.
Polyethylene & Polyether and PE foam
If you need detailed cuttings, these qualities are all well-suited.
They are available in various hardness and often provide the product and package with a more exclusive look than is the case with Bonded Foam.
Profile foams
Profile foams are often used for circuit boards, components and other fragile objects.
Manufactured from polyether and polyester with wave heights adjusted to the product.
This material is highly suitable if you have less heavy objects requiring stabilisation.
EPS packet fillings
Is used as an inexpensive packing material for all kinds of products.
EPS is also available as sheets, blocks or as moulded fillings or boxes.
