Corrosion Protection - Products

The folie is used primarily for machine and spare parts, however, it is also applicable for protection of e.g. entire electricity cabinets.

 

Available in rolls of 1, 1,5, 2 and 4 meter width.
 

 

These effective caps are often used inside electrical cabinets and provide protection for up to 2 years!

 

The caps are well-tested and their application does not result in electrical power failures or damages to the components of the cabinet.

 

Available in 2 sizes, which protect 140 l and 280 l respectively.

Foam mats may be used with advantage together with plastic foils as reinforcement of the anti-corrosive effect.

 

Available in size 250 x 250 x 6 mm.

The paper is used primarily for small metal products requiring individual packing.

 

Available in rolls of 1 x 100 meter and in single sheets of 760 x 1140 mm's and 760 x 570 mm's, all in 72 gram/square meter.

When shipping electricity panels and other corrosion sensitive products to destinations with high air humidity, it may be an advantage to use the tailored aluminum bags and dehydrant bags.

 

This packing method ensures a completely moisture-free package and the product is immediately ready for use upon arrival at the customer's place.

 

The bags are always manufactured according to your requirements and are available in many different qualities depending on way of packing and transportation.

 

The aluminum bags are closed by means of a welding machine. Naturally, you may borrow such a machine from us for small packing tasks or you may wish to buy one if you need it for longer periods.

We have welding equipment in two sizes, 300 mm and 400 mm wide.

Dydrargil is primarily used for obtaining a dry and moisture-free environment in aluminum bags.

 

The dessicant is available in bags of different sizes for easy adjustment of the amount to the length of the transportation (number of units).

 

The bags are 100% sodium chloride free (salt) and comply with the DIN norm 55.473.
