Many countries including China, Australia, the USA and Norway have introduced stricter import regulations on the use of wooden packaging. This means that wooden pallets and boxes must be heat-treated.
Heat-treated wood is rather expensive and consequently Heavy Duty cardboard is a very good alternative. Cardboard pallets have nearly the same load bearing capacity as wooden pallets, but they are much easier to handle during the packing process and in addition you will be able to save money on freight due to the low weight of the material

Two-way entry pallets are constructed with a 10-15 mm thick deck in HD cardboard and with two or more cardboard bearers depending on the length of the pallet. |

In general four-way entry pallets are constructed exactly as two-way entry pallets, the only difference is that four-way entry pallets permit handling of the pallets from all four sides.

We can also supply cardboard bearings individually, if you do not need a complete pallet.
Cardboard bearers are constructed with solid cardboard tubes ensuring a high load bearing capacity and weather-resistant covers enabling the bearer to resist water and moisture.
Bearers can be mounted quickly under the strong HD boxes and therefore they constitute a cheap alternative to other pallet types.
The bearers are supplied with self-adhesive glue. |
