Heavy Duty Corrugated Cardboard

To find the correct export packaging can sometimes be quite challenging, however, these heavy and weather-resistant Heavy Duty corrugated cardboard qualities offer your products an effective protection against pushing, blows and water.

 

Heavy Duty corrugated cardboard is produced in thicknesses of 9 to 15 mm and consists of either 2 or 3 layers of corrugated cardboard.

The Heavy Duty qualities have quite unique water-repellent qualities. This is due to the fact that the outer layer of the cardboard is a Hydrokraftliner which is available in a certain qualities.

 

It is manufactured from completely new wood fiber and a chemical treatment is applied during the actual production of the paper pulp.

 

The glue between the liner and the wave is waterproof. This means that the corrugated cardboard will not disintegrate as ordinary cardboard when being subjected to moisture or condensation.

 

Furthermore, the qualities are famous for their impressive stacking and break-through strength. A box with the size 1 x 1 x 1 meter, manufactured in our 15 mm 3-layer quality Ancore 1200, may easily carry 3-4 tons!

As a standard, we carry 6 Heavy Duty qualities and a number of other qualities just below that enabling us to guarantee that we are able to find a quality suitable for your needs.

 

You simply have to experience our Heavy Duty qualities! We should be pleased to make a sample box for you before you decide whether you wish to purchase anything. This will give you the opportunity to manhandle the box at home.

 

Place the box outside for a couple of days, use it to act out your aggressions or let it fall from pallet shelves. Remember to treat your current packaging in the same way and then compare the results!

The boxes are delivered in flat stacks, usually in one piece depending on which model you have ordered, protected on a pallet until use.

 

We are also able to supply your boxes with printing. Whether you choose stamp printing, serigraphy or flexography you can rest assured that we will always be able to provide your transport and export packages with a satisfactory look.

After an extremely quick packaging process the box is closed with tape. Stacking strengths of up to 3-4 tons ensure that the boxes will tolerate handling all the way to your customer and of course also all the way to a possible end-user.

 

Naturally the boxes may also be shipped either alone as small consignments or in combinations with pallets, of e.g. Heavy Duty corrugated cardboard or a plastic pallet!

We have developed a new and better quality Bicore 2.90 BC, for export shipments.

It is more powerful than ordinary corrugated cardboard, but lighter than our HD quality.
With Bicore 2.90 BC you get a competitive quality at a great price.
