Corrugated plastic

The major component of corrugated plastic is the natural mineral calcium carbonate, generally spoken of as chalk. It is the same materials present in e.g. corals and eggshells.

 

To bind the chalk we use polyprobene, which is the most environmental-friendly plastic material you can find. It is very popular as food packaging. This unique mixture gives corrugated plastic its positive qualities.

The mixture of chalk and polyprobene combined with a very low power consumption during production make corrugated plastic one of the most environment-friendly packaging materials available - apart from corrugated cardboard.

 

After use the packaging can be recycled in the recycling system and it can be combusted as a clean source of energy, producing water, co2 and chalk.

You can order both small and large series of corrugated plastic packaging and for the first delivery, the delivery time is 30-40 working days.

 

The reason for this is that before we start production we must produce the tool converting sheets of corrugated plastic to packaging. For re-orders the time of delivery will typically be 15 working days from receipt of order.
