Heavy Duty production

The cardboard production

Our team attends our boxmaker machine converting sheets of corrugated cardboard into ready-made packaging.

The machine automatically cuts off edges, makes bending lines and cuts out box flaps.

At this stage it is possible to supply the boxes with one-colored printing.

The boxes are then stitched together with strong brass clamps with our clamping machine, we use this method instead of gluing and tapering, as it is far stronger.

Then the machine stacks the boxes directly on the type of pallet, you require.

With our new Flexo printer Göpfert FPU-2, we can now offer cheap prices on 1-colored prints of all types of boxes, in small and large series.

The printer is particularly advantageous for large boxes, because it press in full plate size in one operation.
The printer is using so-called repetitive pressure.

This means not only significantly lower cost per print unit but also lower costs cliché.

If you want more colors - we just run the sheet through several times.

The wood and assembly production
Assembling of the WRA end sides, and if you wish so, the complete assembly of Wrap-Around boxes.

This department is characterised by being an artisan's department performing more specialised tasks required by our customers such as assembling, packing and printing tasks, etc.

They work up wood from boards and joists to pallets, end sides and wooden boxes it being crates or tight versions.

One of our most popular products is our ATA300 box specially approved for aircraft instruments and is today sold to a large number of airline and service companies in Europe.

At the moment we are 5-6 employees in the production/warehouse.
